Wonderful WW bran muffin recipe..but its too much bran for me!

Hi, Community. I have a terrific Weight Watchers bran muffing recipe. It has 2 cups of bran cereal in it and I think 1/2 cups grated carrots. The fiber is too much for my belly! it bothers me - a lot. Any suggestions for cutting the fiber cereal - and using something else? It calls for All Bran cereal, not bran flakes.

Why not just not make the muffins? It doesn't sound terrific, if it upsets your stomach.1

Because they are really excellent. Good source of fiber - if too much for my belly. I have not found another low fat muffin that can stand up to them.

Could you make them in smaller muffin tins reducing the portion?0
