Not making it a thing...

I'm trying less hard this time.....??
I guess I'm scared to get burnt out again. This time I'm not obsessing over it. I'm not going to weigh myself everyday or week or month. I'm making small changes one at a time and working on loving the skin I'm in rather than hating myself for not being something that not one person truly is, perfect.

    That might be a good attitude to take. I think sometimes people set themselves up for disappointment by making this process more dramatic than it needs to be. When people start talking about their "journey" like it's some epic battle, I think it makes the task more daunting. Good luck!
