    Mission is good. I know about mission. Dec 1 I started my mission. This time was / is my last attempt and you're right, failure is not an option. So far my mission has been a success. Weight and blood sugar down, back pain and meds reduced, back on the cross country skis and ready for bike season. My MFP friends motivate me and I hope I help them a little as well.
