On January 27 I starting my calorie resistive diet. The current amount of calories I have restricted myself to are 1,750. I’ve been doing pretty well. Some days I I’m under 200 calories some days I’m over 100 calories. I really need a support group because doing this alone is hard and discouraging. I’m currently in college. I’m usually the biggest person in my classes. Most of jeans don’t fit me. My current jean size is 24. I really want to reach my goal weight by mid December this year.

My end goal is to lose 100lbs, but I'm starting smaller and will just keep making new goals as I reach smaller numbers. Good luck to you, it's hard, it sucks, but the gratification will be so much bigger and better after all that hard work.1
