New member / first week !

Hi there i am from Brasil and is my first week here !!!!! Any one could give me some tips advice !!! I know tracking is the key and also avoiding processed foods anyone doing for a long time and with good results ? Thank you xx <3

    it's all about consistency not intensity. Whatever you are doing keep doing it and track the results. Remember to think long term and act short term. So don’t rush the results

    I know it’s not the response you want to hear but take the time to read some of the hugely informative forum posts, it’ll save you making the same mistakes that many before you have :-
    - Trying to lose too fast and ending up hungry and frustrated
    - Being disappointed with your progress
    - Not seeing the results that you wanted to
    - Panicking about the scales showing a gain
    - Over exercising to the point of injury
    - Feeling tired & exhausted all the time
    - Getting bored
    etc etc etc

    I’m coming to the end of my first week as started on 3rd Feb. All I can advise is just log everything in your food diary that you eat & drink you can’t go wrong. I’ve put exercise into my daily routine by leaving my car at home & walking 30 minutes to work & then the same back home after work. Good luck with your journey
