Hi I'm almost 6mths pp from my second child and I have no idea how to exercise with the way my weight is carried now...seems to be all in the belly and hips.
If anyone has any advice and ideas feel free to message me! Thanks for the help!

    Hi I’m almost 5 months postpartum with baby number 6. I’ve only just entered into my 3rd week and have no clue also. I’m just eating a lot healthier, counting calories and exercising (treadmill and a workout video on YouTube). I’ve lost 3.4kg (7.5 lbs) so far.

    Hopefully someone who has more of an idea of what to do will give you a clearer answer.
