Re-introducing myself post baby :-)

Hello! I have been on mfp in the past but I’ve been away and had a baby and eaten all of the food afterwards. I don’t have any scales at the moment, so I’m going by size, which is big. I am currently large.

I have some joint problems so I’m a little limited exercise wise, but I’ve started Pilates to try and help.

Going to be trying to counter my binge eating from today. Any distraction techniques welcome :-) looking for some friends who are in it as well.

    Oh goals wise, I usually go to a festival with friends in august, and I’d love to fit back in my burnt soul glittery cat suit.
