I'm going to apply the KISS theory here, 10k a day for a total of 29k for the month.
I sit in front of a PC all day so 10k can be a challenge into it's self. I plan to log weekly, my low for the week and my high and the average.

Week one down, total steps 78,174, average 11,167.

Starting to get back into watching what I do after a recent weight gain. My goal right now is 10k a day and hoping this group helps motivate to do those last 2k steps after work 😐 instead of just sitting down right after.1
