I ran (on a treadmill) 3 miles in 29.5 min. I have a goal to get a USMC 1st class PFT. I will do it this summer. :-)

    That is awesome! Way to go. Inspiration for me as I am just starting to practice running on a treadmill. You will definitely succeed.

    You guys are so cute. You have the same picture which really threw me off. At first, I was impressed that your sweetie was encouraging himself, then I realized it's his better half. Awesome that you guys are doing this together. Maybe I can use it to get my wonderful other half to join.

    Isn't it sad when married couples start wearing the same thing ( picture)? I am glad to have him doing this with me, we keep each other going!
