Hello from a Fast 800 dieter

Hello, I'm on my third week of F800 and doing it 16:8 style, as I've never really eaten breakfast anyway, so that bit is easy for me :)
I need to lose about another stone and my weight loss has slowed down this week. So they've suggested I start tracking my food here, to be more accurate..... I hope it works.
Anybody here doing the same thing?

On the fast 800 diet you only eat 800 calories a day, correct?

How much did you loose the first 2 weeks?

How many meals do you eat each day? Do you have snacks in between meals?

I just started this :) how exactly do you make sure that you’re eating just 800 cal? I count everything but keep getting paranoid that I’m underestimating calorie intake.
    Good luck :)

Is that the thing in the UK these days? Prescribing 800 cal diets to people with only 14 lbs to lose? I find that a little disturbing.
