I was directed here by a MFP friend. I scanned a few discussions and I love the support and encouragement I’ve seen. It’s hard going at this fitness journey alone. Having like minded people and the same journey helps. I promise to be an active member. Just have to figured out how to navigate the threads

Yep. You will soon be an old pro on these message boards. I have found joining some of the threads helpful, too. I like the One Day at a Time bunch. I am doing a 30 mins a day challenge for exercise this month. Drop in anywhere.1

Welcome! I have been an off and on MFP user but when I'm on I am on fire! And currently..that is where I am at but I really enjoy feeling healthy with my choices and this helps hold me accountable. Love the motivation as well. I tend to keep only female friends (just my choice) and am happy to add anyone looking for some extra push!0
