I am starting my weight loss/fitness journey and I’m so excited to use this app! I hope to meet other individuals on their fitness journeys as well. I am looking forward to sharing meals, workout routines, and all things healthy!

    I just joined as well! Nice to meet you. Good luck with your goals. Are you trying to follow a certain calorie limit or is there a certain way you’re trying to meet your goals? I’m trying to stick with Whole Foods, lots of veggies, high protein, and 1300-1400 calories a day. I’ll let you know how that goes! I’d love to hear what you’re trying :)
