Lots to Lose Challenge - Looking for players

I'm currently running a challenge for people with Lots to Lose! We're starting week 6 today and the challenge runs for 8 weeks. We are down a few players and could use some new faces to join our existing teams. I am currently looking to fill 4 openings.

Here is how the challenge works:::
For every 20 minutes of cardio that you do - WHATEVER IT IS - you will earn 10 points.
In addition to your regular cardio workouts, every day, there is an exercise challenge and a nutrition challenge that I post once a week. The exercise challenges are worth 10 points (per day) and the nutrition challenges are worth 5 points (per day).
Additionally, one day per week, each team will choose a rest/water day. This means that none of your workouts for that day will count toward points. Instead - on that day - your team will earn points by drinking water. Each cup of water that your team reports will be worth 10 points, up to a team max of 500 points (or 50 cups). The nutrition challenge for that day will also be up for grabs, but not the exercise challenge. So, on whichever day your TEAM chooses as rest day, you have the potential of earning 525 points. Pretty big bump!!!
