Hi, I am planning to eat just 800 cal per day from tomorrow for two weeks!

Honestly... Why? While doing it for 2 weeks may not be long enough to do long term damage, you are going to be tired, weak, miserable, and hungry. And for what? At best you'd burn an extra pound and a half. But once you come off it, your more likely to binge it all back because your body is going to crave energy. And you won't have taught yourself any successful long term weight loss and maintenance strategy. It's very doubtful this is going to have any long term advantage for you and so it will be all the suckage for no reason.2
