Hey everyone,
My name is Luis and I will be getting back into gym after a long time away. I severely injured my spine at work in 2011 and needed 4 spinal surgeries, I've been out of gym ever since. Thank God in all those years I've stood about the same weight. Anyway, hope to get some new friends on here. We can all keep tabs on each other and help if needed 😀
