I need some ideas of low calorie high protein snacks.

What works (for me):
Whole foods
* edamame
* veg dipped in hummus
* nutritional yeast sprinkled on sprouted bread
Processed foods
* Three Farmers Crunchy Little Lentils (I like BBQ)
* Most anything from SimplyProtein2 -
Eggs, beef jerky, certain protein bars and shakes, greek yogurt, cottage cheese3

Chicken breast, whey protein, egg whites, shrimp, tuna, low fat cottage cheese, low fat Greek yogurt4

Great suggestions thanks everyone! I have been getting really hungry between lunch and dinner and I think I need to eat something with more protein to keep me from over snacking.2
