Creating Recipe

Morning All!
I haven't been here in quite a while, I just came back nearly a month ago. I see there is a new way to enter a recipe. I was trying to use the old way, adding my own ingredients rather than importing. I am having difficulty getting MFP to respond. It is taking forever to look up at item if it will at all. I am often getting a code 505? Is MFP having difficulties, or could there be something wrong on my end?
Thanks,
Kim

I've never had that issue. Go to food, create recipe, add food manually. The only issue I have every so often is that when the ingredient's nutritional information is imported it may be different than I intended. I just go back and change it. I guess...try again. Maybe restart your computer?

When adding manually, try this in the ingredient box:
    14g turkey
    56g spinach
    102g egg white
    16g cheddar cheese

Then it'll look up the closest matches and you can adjust from there.
ETA: And wow that'd be a lot of spinach! I was just tossing numbers at random, obviously lol
