Exercise not recording

My fitness pal isn’t adjusting the exercise even though I have a Fitbit connected in my apps and devices. Can anyone help?

    Mine has been doing the same! I’ve had to keep disconnecting and connecting.

    Me too, as of 11:55pm EST Tuesday 2/18/20. Must be a system problem. Misfit Shine 2, iPhone SE iOS 12.

    There’s a problem with the MFP - FitBit link. The thread in the tech support section says they’re working on it and to please NOT unlink / relink devices (it makes the data transfer queues longer and prolongs the issues after they’ve fixed the problem).

    Hi thanks but mine hasn’t been there for a long time. I dint know if I’ve done something wrong. I used to have it.
