Any great low-cal breakfast foods to share?
My favorites are: chocolate banana smoothie: 1 cup skim milk, 1 banana, 1 Tbsp cocoa powder, 1 packet stevia or splenda. Blend in a magic bullet or blender. Only 205 calories!
eggs and cream: 1 Tbsp heavy cream, 1 egg, and 1 egg white. Bake in a custard cup for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Only 147 calories!
Other recipes to share??

This probably isn't as tasty as what you're looking for but a cup of Rice Chex and a half cup of 2% Milk is only 220 calories. Also has plenty of iron and other vitamins that the cereal is fortified with. You can make it a 1/2 cup of skim milk instead and now you're down to only 140 calories.
Chex also has Chocolate Chex and Honey Nut Chex which only add about 60 calories for the same serving size. The chocolate ones in particular are really good.0 -
I like to lightly toast an everything bagel thin, spread 1 ounce of fat free cream cheese on it, then layer on some fresh raspberries or strawberries, sliced turkey and baby spinach. Yum! Right around 200 calories. A variation is to skip the turkey and berries, but add a sliced hardboiled egg and some dijon mustard.0

Right after weighing in I drink a bunch of water. I eat an apple before/during my walk to work (1 mile) and after I arrive I grab a coffee.
The walk balances the calories, and the caffeine balances the wholesomeness.
Keeps me satisfied until lunchtime, and i have plenty of calories left to enjoy.0 -
Lately I've been having 2 Kellog's Whole Grain Waffels with 2 tbsp Smucker's Simply Fruit Jelly/Spreadable Fruit. Only 165 Calories and filling!0

This week to change it up a bit, I made some brown rice, added 1 tblspoon of smart balance light w/omega 3, 1 packet of splenda & generous dashes of cinnamon. I has this with a piece of fruit. It's under 300 calories, filling (whole grains) and yummy too!0

I am one of the many who tend to eat breakfast while on my morning commute. I make myself a slim fast shake with skim milk & eat a peice of fruit. Usually I opt for a bananna. No mess & I use my travel mug which I then refill with water at my office. Tends to be about 300 cals & keeps me full & satisifed until lunch.
Healthy for you & the environment0 -
Oooh, the bagel with strawberry slices sounds yummy! I'll have to try that.0

I really like to have protein filled breakfasts, so I've come up with a few choices.
Kashi Go Lean cereal is only 180 calories per cup with 13 grams of protein. Add some skim milk (I add half cup) and it's only 185 calories and keeps you full with all the fiber!
Stonyfield Oikos plain greek yogurt (80 calories, 15 grams of protein) or Chobani plain greek yogurt (100 calories, 17 grams of protein) with 1/4 cup of blueberries (25 calories) or a sliced apple (80 calories).
Any kind of bagel thin (110 calories) with 1/4 cup egg whites and a glass of skim milk, all under 200 calories and good protein!0 -
I usually have a smoothie with 1 cup of frozen fruit, 1 cup of unsweetened soy or almond milk, and 1 tbsp of flax seed. I do add 2 T of blackstrap molasses to mine for iron and calcium because I'm vegan, but it is definitely not needed.0
