Hi, My name is Chuck and I love this site, but I don't know anyone who uses it. Anyway, I am struggling to get down ten more pounds, I've already lost 22 but I've hung around in the low 180's and feel like I am stuck. I want to get out of the overweight range so badly. This site has helped me get closer to that goal.

Im actually stuck right around there also. 175 /180. My goal is 160. I can be a snacker. Its bad when i get the munchies. Laughing out loud.1
