44kgs :-( need some help and advice.

Hi All,
I’m hoping someone can help me with some good tips on how to gain weight quickly without my chlorestrol getting higher!
Not building just some weight gain to get healthy.
5ft 3 and 44kgs with a bmi of 17.2, really struggling to gain weight :-(

    Also log your intake if you can everyday to give you goals to shoot for. I know it helped me to make sure I was eating all my daily calories and improvements I could make in terms of my intake (ex. Instead of low fat milk use cream etc).

    Drinking calories.. smoothies, shakes, juices can help too and setting reminders to eat every hour.

  • Others in this position say that it’s down to forcing yourself to eat even when you don’t want to.

    And drinking calories. How about orange juice? Not very satisfying to me anyway plus it’s a calorie bomb if you drink a lot. Cream as well is really high calorie and may not fill you up.

    Instead of just taking calorie bombs, I would advise you to do strength training so that you aren’t just gaining weight in fat.
