Not new but lost motivation

Hi all I'm not new so to speak although I feel it sometimes. I had friends who used to encourage me etc, but they kinda disappeared after I got ill so am staring a fresh n dealing with not able to be as active as I was (yet) MFP is good but just wish I could get some motivation n encouragement n maybe even a kick up the butt when needed. Would also jus like to meet new friends aswell

    I wish you the very best! Losing motivation can be a challenging thing to overcome. Look at small goals and not the whole picture. Every day done better than the last is a day closer to better health.

    Hello everyone, I keep stopping and starting on MFP as my motivation keeps slipping.
    I don’t think having a stressful few months has helped but I know I need to kick myself up the butt in order to get where I want to be, I just need a little help!
