What does this entail?
Usually I avoid the squat rack and stick to single legs pistol squats, step ups but mostly the leg press...
After seeing you talk about using the squat rack a week or so ago and watching an athlean x video about how the leg press hides your weaknesses and having to workout at home away from the leg press on my day off last week...
I said you know what, I'm going to use the squat rack (I have my own)...
I've always kind of thought that if I limit the weight I can put on my legs to what my knees, back and stabilizing muscles could handle... I'll never really be able to load up as much as I could on them... And muscle building is all about loading up as much weight as you can handle...
However after dropping the weight, focusing on getting down low and doing squats instead of the leg press...
I was sore AF all last week 😂... Which means there's a lot of untapped potential there... And since my goal atm is to gain lean mass... That's what I have to do...
