I’m having a hard time balancing being a Mama to my beautiful daughter and taking the time to get myself back healthy! I gained quite a bit of weight throughout my pregnancy and I am still 30lbs heavier than before I got pregnant. I really want to lose this weight so I can feel better and be the best Mama I can be! Any advice is much appreciated! Thanks!
