Blender Bottles or Smart Shakes

I have been hearing about Blender Bottles or Smart Shakes. I am curious . . . does the ball inside make it frothier or does it just help mix it better. Thoughts and inputs on this I would so appriciate. Also does anyone add other ingredients such as fruit? How does it work? Does anyone have a favorite one they like? And what do you put in yours.

    I heart my blender bottles!!!! And the ball makes everything smooth-no lumps!!!! I keep one in my desk, one at home, one in the car. Just make sure you use a little vinegar when washing to keep the plastic squeaky clean ;_) Be well!

    I use the Blender Bottle. I think that it makes it mix up a lot better. If you drink it right a way it may be a bit frothier, but not much.
    I personally like to use it since it really gets the shake powders to mix in better. Also, you can easily reshake as you are drinking if you have something that seperates easy.

    My boyfriend and I, as well as a few of my friends are placing an order this weekend for blender bottles !

    I like that idea of keeping one at desk. Thank you. 2 blender bottles are better than 1 :-)
