After gaining weight

In my pregnancy I've gain like 25kg now it's hard to lose the whole weight...I'm in 76 now aiming to lose another 6kg but it's hard to lose it and stick to my diet 😭😭😭even to workout...now I'm impatient like before...want my body back,so I can wear my old clothes and have my sexy waist

If your diet is hard to stick to:
- perhaps you've selected a weight loss rate that is too aggressive?
- you are too restrictive with regards to the foods you allow youself to eat?
And exercise isn't really necessary for weight loss, although it does allow you to eat a bit more on days you exercise and it's good for your health.
So select a moderate weight loss goal, eat foods you like within your calorie goal (weigh everything!) and be patient

Ditto above. Don't be too impatient. You put your body through a lot creating a life, and if you are a first time parent I imagine there is a lot less time available to workout and focus on yourself. I can see why it would be frustrating to be so close to your goal (and your old clothes), though.
The last few kgs will always be the slowest to go if you are losing at a healthy rate. Try to think of how much you lose each week in terms of a percentage of your total weight rather than the weight alone. When you were heavier, losing 1% of your weight was a bigger number than losing 1% now.
Society puts a lot of unnecessary pressure on new moms to immediately bounce back to their pre-pregnancy weight because we see celebrities do it all the time. What we don't focus enough on is the fact that those people have the money to pay teams of professionals to help them get lean, watch their kids while they workout, cook healthy meals for them, etc.2
