Hi! Would someone please explain the difference between sugars and carbs?

All sugars are carbs, but not all carbs are sugars. Sugar is a subset of carbs3

Sugar is a type of carb.
Sugar is meaningless to track unless you have a medical reason to do so. It is also confusing because many people think it is added sugar or they think it is bad to eat too much fruit because it makes their sugar column go over each day. I would suggest replacing the sugar column with fiber.7 -
