Except in February in the rain the water is not as salty. It's what I tell my friends, I run in the rain. I'm going to get wet anyway, sweat or rain, makes little difference.2 -
The only weather I won’t walk or run in is a lightning storm. Treadmills are a last resort for me. And I never pay attention to the calorie use it registers.0
