Hard time to lose tummy fats and manboobs

I want to lose more fats especially from my TUMMY, Back and ManBoobs. I have a lot of weight loss drink hereand I am very active in GYM + Zumba. What should? Because I am also gaining muscle. What should I do?

    You just have to keep losing weight. The areas you're talking about are primary fat stores for men and are a first on, last off kind of deal.

    Totally understand. I am 60lbs lost into my 90lbs goal. Keep up the hard work. It's tough. I have noticed over time that the rolls do slowly disappear. Little by little they will go away. I have mostly noticed the change in how my clothes fit. Your body uses excess fat from all over. There is not real way to make one area use it faster. Trust me, I've looked.
  • OP I would suggest getting yourself on a structured lifting programme. Slight calorie deficit. Review after 6 months. You may be pleasantly surprised.
