My Marcos seem to be higher in fat...most days. I feel like I’m eating well, but is that going to be a problem for my weight loss? Carbs and protein are near expected macros, but fat is usually over...

All that matters is your calorie in and calories out. Losing weight does not depend on the macros. I’ve never tracked my macros and lost 30lbs.

Macros are important for nutrition, but not for weight loss, especially in the short run. It's calories that count for weight management.

In the longer run, nutrition can play an indirect role, in the sense that being undernourished can lead to hunger/cravings (so make it hard to stick with a calorie goal and keep losing), or can cause fatigue so reduce one's daily-life calorie expenditure and slow loss down.

For health, it's a good plan to get well-rounded nutrition, and it sounds like you're doing OK with it so far. There are minimums of fat and protein we need, so it's OK to go over those, as long as the other one isn't driven too low by doing so. Carbs levels are less important, unless you personally find that getting higher carbs causes more appetite/cravings issues for you personally, or getting too few carbs leads to depleted energy levels: That tends to be pretty individual, so best determined by experimenting.

    Best wishes!

Thank you for the advice. I am a slug without enough carbs, so definitely need the minimum my Marcos allow. Lol

Lots of people eat a moderate or high fat diet and still lose weight. It's all going to come down to your calories.

From a vegan POV, it's not at all unusual for some of us to want more fat. I don't eat the same amount consistently, but there are weeks when I feel like I want more and I go ahead and have it. The important thing is making sure it isn't crowding out the protein that you need -- and it doesn't sound like it is.
