Trying again!

If feels so hard to get back to what I was before I broke my ankle and I stop working out for a year I am already walking and running with some pain. I am 51 and my body feels so out of shape I gane weight but I am in to try again to loose 10 to 15 lbs I hate fish and veggies any ideas about food will be greatly appreciated. Wish me luck

    Do you like chickpeas? They're a good meat alternative and very filling. I use them with butternut squash to make a sort of korma type curry. There are lots of recipes online for them.
