Eye-opening

Hello! I have used MFP before, but it's been a few years. I just tracked my food for today and I"m sure I forgot some. It is truly a reality check. It is so easy to think you are not eating so much, or that poorly. But oh my, you track and track as honestly as you can, and it opens your eyes.
I am 56 years old and I am here for my health.

Tracking is a tool to assist you in your journey. And yes...it can be eye opening! Be confident that tracking your food honestly will move you in a positive direction, which is good health.2

I just started again too and agree very eye opening. The only success I have every had is when I track my food. As most people I really hate feeling like I have to write everything down, but it is crazy how many calories slip in when you don't! Good luck whoopsadaisy!
