Mummy tummy

Mummy tummy! I’ve had mine for around 8 years now. No matter what I do the mom pouch in the lower area never leaves. Is there anyone with the same problem? Do you have any recommendations?

    I found when I did Jillian Micheals beginner shred then 30 day shred it really got results there!

    Lifting heavy and regular helped in that area for me.

    There is a freaking awesome video on YouTube by Yoga with Adrienne, called Deep Core. It's only about 20 minutes, and it not only made my abs more visible, it made so many other exercises I do considerably easier due to the increased core strength. Plus, it's not so hard you feel like you're gonna die while you're doing it. (It's the only workout I look forward to, the other 4 I drag my feet on). I do it weekly, and love it. That being said, if stretched out, loose skin is the issue, there's not much to be done for that. I've got some pretty good abs, but unless I get a tummy tuck, the loose skin is here to stay.
