For the Aussies - recommendations please for a tasty peanut butter alternative? I love it to flavour my breakfast oats but can't warrant the high calorie content.

PB2 (basically powdered peanut butter)? You should be able to order it online. Will give you the peanut butter taste without the high cals.4

Macro Mike powdered PB is excellent (and Australian). It comes in a few flavours too0

Protein powder is a great way to add both protein & flavour. Rule 1 make a chocolate peanut butter flavour. I love their Vanilla protein powder with blueberries in my oats.0
