I am starting to count calories and excercise yada yada- today (I had my 3rd child 3 months ago and got off track while i was pregnant). Anyways though- one thing I always do is cut out fast food and completely stop eating it. So yesterday- like we do lots of times- dh gets us taco bell late at night after the kids are asleep (I know it's horrible). So for the heck of it- I put in my calories from what I ate yesterday to track it. My jaw about hit the floor.

My fav meal from taco bell was the combo with
2 beef baja chalupas
1 soft shell taco
and a 44oz Baja Blast to drink.

THE WHOLE MEAL EQUALS MORE CALORIES THAN I AM SUPPOSED TO HAVE IN ONE DAY!

No wonder I haven't lost any more weight lately. lol.

SO I saved the meal in my list as "never eat this again" lol.

LOL! It's amazing isn't it? I would be scared to see how much my fav meal from Sonic was.
I had to cut out the potato chips. I dropped 5 lbs when I did in just one month.

I love food. I love to cook. So it's been a challenge finding recipes that match my calorie limit and still cook enough so that my husband isn't made to diet with me. LOL He's a skinny guy...he doesn't need any diet. :D He could eat Taco Bell every day for a week and never change in weight...the bum!

I agree with you. While I haven't went to any fast food joints since I started this, I did go to Bahama Breeze and had three of my fave habanero chicken wings:noway: :noway: I almost passed out. How could something with so little meat be so much?
