How concerned do I need to be with calories because I cannot seem to get enough. I still need 600 more today and I couldn't possibly eat anything else.

Calories are everything. They are why you are gaining/losing/maintaining.
More info would be helpful, what stage you are at, do you do any sort of exercise, are you eating back your exercise calories. What range are you aiming for. Height, weight...1 -

Well you only need them for your health so you should be a little concerned...
In the short term it is not really a problem. If this is a persistent behavior it could be very bad.
Usually when people start these kinds of threads they have drastically changed their diets like only eating "healthy" food or going very low carb. The answer is, of course, to eat higher calorie food to make sure you get the correct number of calories each day.
The other possibility is that you are eating more than you think. This is often caused by using measuring cups for solid foods, package serving sizes, and eyeballed portions when logging. It is also caused by choosing incorrect database entries. Some database entries have the wrong information. Other entries are designed around a single portion size that could be vastly different from what you are eating. For instance a chicken breast could be a variety of different weights.5
