How concerned do I need to be with calories because I cannot seem to get enough. I still need 600 more today and I couldn't possibly eat anything else.

    Calories are everything. They are why you are gaining/losing/maintaining.

    More info would be helpful, what stage you are at, do you do any sort of exercise, are you eating back your exercise calories. What range are you aiming for. Height, weight...
