Help! Why won't it show my steps with fitbit?

                    It shows on myfitnesspal that it's connected to my Fitbit and set as the step tracker but it doesn't show up at all? It used to work but I since disconnected it and since I've reconnected it I can't seem to get it work. Anyone know what to do?

            This seems to be an ongoing issue. Mine works for a day or two then stops connecting completely. It is working at the moment. I usually disconnected MFP then reconnected and it would work for a day. This last time, I disconnected MFP and I also disconnected Fitbit at the same time waited a few minutes then reconnected both. It seems to be working ATM. It looks like a total shutdown is the only way to reboot. Good luck 🤞

            There has been an issue for a few weeks. Sometimes mine won’t sync until the afternoon.1

            Have you tried giving the fitbit a reset? Any sync issues I’ve had (for both fitbit & mfp apps) were all resolved without losing data.

I restarted my charge 2 following the directions and it seems to not be working still
 but I'll give it some time and see                        0 - 
            It didn't work, still not syncing

            Do you have both apps on your phone? This was happening to me and I figured it out (for my case anyways). When it isn't syncing, I open my Fitbit app and it refreshes on my phone I guess. When I then open mfp on phone, it's updated.0
