Hi everyone

Hi, I am stacy. I am new here. I am trying to lose about 35lbs. I had a baby and am trying to get rid of the extra weight. I have a bum foot right now that hurts when I exercise. I could really use some helpful hints on eating and exercising. My big problem is soda. I know I need to quit drinking it. So any helpful hints would help. I look forward to chatting with everyone.

  • I had the same problem, I couldn't stop drinking the soda. What i do now is drink the pouches that goes in the bottled water. Its only 5 calories each. You wouldn't believe it but it taste really good. There are different brands I use to drink crystal lite, it dried my throat out. You can find them at the dollar store or any food store. So you are basically drinking more water,which is a good thing. there are also some exercises that you can do sitting on the chair. You can get it off the fitness channel or go online to see whats best for you. GOOD LUCK!
