Just drink some water and get up and go! I find that I feel 'blah' when I sit around too much. Even just cleaning will help wake me up. And a workout always helps too!0

why are you so tired? stress? have you been working out too hard? not eating enough? You'll need to overcome the problem, not use a bandaid fix. Sometimes our bodies are tired for a reason- they need a break. Try a bubble bath and a relaxing evening in. So soothing. :flowerforyou:0

Music! Put on some of your favorite music - it will help boost your mood and give you a little extra energy! - Maybe dance around the livingroom with the kiddos for exercise since you can't take them outside today.0

You are in Louisiana and it's too cold? I'm in Canada. I think we have a different concept of cold!!!0 -

This is true too! I was sort of talking to myself just now...I am feeling blah. But I know I have had sufficient rest. When was the last time you took a day off and got a full 8 hours?0 -
A 16 ounce bottle of Crystal Light Energy contains 120 milligrams of caffeine.
Crystal Light is a series of powdered low-calorie drink mixes made by Kraft Foods.
The Wild Strawberry Enhanced variety contains caffeine (sweetened with Aspartame) and comes in a ready-to-drink bottle (16oz) or a powdered stick form (mix into 8oz).
Each 8oz serving of Crystal Light Energy has 60mg caffeine.

I suggest waking up really early in the morning. It is very hard to get out of bed... I know this.
But after you've finally dragged yourself for a walk, or a jog, take a hot shower and head back to bed for some extra zzzz before your kids get up in the morning. You'll be so refreshed all day!:drinker:
