I'm a 19+ year survivor of stage III breast cancer, now age 64, who went from sedentary to competing as an athlete in her late 40s, and from obese to healthy weight in her late 50s.

Fingers crossed for you! This June I will be a 3 year survivor of breast cancer too. I was diagnosed with early stage cancer at 29, 16 rounds of chemo, surgery, 21 rads, and tamoxifen and I am still here😎1
