When you enter your info into mfp what calorie total does it give you?
10 lbs to lose, a healthy rate is .5 lbs a week. A diet of 1200 calories is beneficial if you are elderly and/or live a sedentary lifestyle.2 -

Yess I also need motivation. I have been eating 1200 calories for over a month and have seen no weight loss at all ☹️I’m feeling super discouraged. I read somewhere that I may need to bump up my intake since it may be a plateau. I’m open to friends!0

i’m working on a baseline of 1200 but i regularly go over by about 200 because i do some form of workout everyday. i’m still losing though
