Anybody got an opinion on this? Seems too good to be true. My friend was teling me how great it is, and I said I'm really trying to cut down on food prepared by chemists. What do you guys think?

  • I am drinking it and loving it :) I didn't eat breakfast before and now I drink a Shake for breakfast .. I had my DR. look at it first and he was even impressed enough with it he placed a order !! I mix mine in a blender with a fruit, honey for my allergies and peanut butter (PB2) and some almond milk .. its a good breakfast keeps me full to lunch and with just 30-40mins of excerise (walking .. I just started C25K today .. I have lost weight so I say it works).

I defintly am skeptical of anything made in a lab but I really think Shakeology is as amazing as it looks :)
  • Oh and my husband loves it and I plump it up with whole milk and yogurt and our 4 year old drinks it when he wants dessert :) He loves it and his doctor said it was great for him :)

I have tried it, it does taste really good. But for me, the cost outweighed the benefit. I love my protein powder and add spinach, almond milk and a banana to make a smoothie that tastes even better. It might not have quite all the goodness that Shakeology does, but it saves me $$.

I love shakeology! I try to drink one every other day! There are cheaper options on the market, but they don't pack the punch you will find with shakeology. And really imo the cost of Shakeology is not that expensive. The average shake will cost you around $4. Even a home cooked meal will cost you around the same once you buy everything you need!

If you are seriously interested in trying it just send me a pm. I have a few samples I give out (one per person)
  • I actually was bored at the office the other day and had just gone grocery shopping the night before and decided to do some math and I figured out that each of my recipes costs under $5.00 even after buying the fresh fruit, almond milk and PB2 !! That is great for us :) And in the morning my husband and I split one shake since we neither one are big breakfast people so that is only $2.50 (LESS because I didn't get a single one that cost over $4.89) ... you can't beat that with the time you spend in the grocery store, driving to and from plus the time you spend preparing.
