Online coach for weight training program for a 40+ woman?

I could really use an affordable online coach. I lack the creativity to come up with a weight training program on my own, but am quite comfortable with doing weight training, and would love to find a great coach to create my program and help me progress. Any suggestions?

I'm 45, and have a great coach. He does online training. I don't know what affordable means to you.

If you want to send me a PM, I can send his contact info to you.

There are a few of us here. You could reach put to them if that is in within MFP guidelines.

Online coaching is fairly cheap but there are good and bad coaches at all prices.

I usually do a consultation to get on the same page with everything involved. I would highly recommend that avenue than just jumping on someone's default template.

Do you need creativity? Have you followed a program?

I've followed a program before, it's less about creativity, and more about not needing to think too hard. To just make sure I'm covering the major muscle groups, tracking progress, and having an accountability partner in my coach.

If you want an on line coach then the above 2 posters - chief and quicksylver - are two people who know their stuff.
