    @mph323 You clearly didn't read the blog. It's a post with multiple medical studies, which is why I linked to that instead of reiterating here. I wasn't promoting myself; I was sharing what I found in an efficient way.

    I also didn't post any propaganda, vegetarian or otherwise. I posted a medical study stating that low carb takes years off your life ... it's unfortunate that my eating habits bother you, but they don't transform research or helpful posts into "propaganda." Low carb is the hot thing right now and this study shows that if you do it long term while also on an animal-based diet, it shortens your life span. A study of this size and length is notable and to be taken seriously.

    If other people have health or weight loss tips like these, I'd like to learn them.
