If you can find it Joseph's Lavash bread. 4oz boiled chicken breast diced
Chopped pickles
Chopped green olives
Chopped spring onion
Chopped cilantro
Chopped celery
Little pepper
Couple tbsp of miracle whip or hummus for binder.
Makes a great wrap. Big enough for 2 meals.
You can substitute just about any veggie you like. Radish, cucumber, etc1 -
For lok lak, you can also use chicken instead of beef to reduce calories

Skip the optional rice or substitute cauliflower rice (blitz raw cauliflower in the food processor into grains). If you want to save calories use ground turkey instead of pork.
