40 Y/O Dude Trying To Make Gym Work

Hello Fellow MFP'ers,
I have had this app for a few years, but this is the first time I have seriously used it. I'm on my 4th straight week using it; the most I've ever been to a gym in my life. So far, so good! I started off with good weight loss, but I've noticed I've been stuck at the 242 range for a whole week. I hope that changes soon. Anyway, since I enjoy using the app, I'd like to use the activity stream more which includes adding people for support, tips, and health/nutrition stuff. Feel free to add me.

Great job! Keep up the good work bro. It'll happen with time. Your body is an insane creation of God. It is smart. It'll hold on to weight sometimes or drop weight sometimes. A smart biological machine that works with the mind but also independent of our mind in some cases lol. Consistency will get your there and even over the plateaus that come.1
