Butternut Squash Chips!

Hey everyone,
I'm sure this isn't news to everyone but I've just discovered I can make chips out of butternut squash (or pumpkin). I normally roast my squash but today decided to cut it in slices rather than cubes - - - amazing and next time I'm going to dip them in some low calorie mayonnaise.
Apparently in 100g of butternut squash there are 38 calories (just to compare there's 163 calories in 100g of shop-bought oven chips).
Hope this excites someone as much as me!:)

hmm, great idea. I'll have to try it when winter squash comes into season here! Thanks!
ETA: also, don't forget that you can roast squash seeds, all of them, not just pumpkin. I prefer squash seeds actually. There aren't as many as in a pumpkin, but yum, they are tasty!0 -

So how do you make these?
Just pick a good squash, cut in into chip-sized pieces and oven cook at 200 C (or 400 F or gas mark 6) for about 20-30 minutes. I used one calorie spray instead of oil and seasoned with rosemary and paprika but that's just my taste!
