Hi All!
I have been on the weight loss train for well over a decade by now, though I did take a nice long stop at the station for at least 5 years. I've done MyFitnessPal, SparkPeople, Calorie King, Weight Watchers (lots and lots and lots of Weight Watchers). After a prediabetes diagnosis I decided to quit Weight Watchers and come back to Myfitnesspal.
I'm so glad I did! I've been actively using it since early December 2019 and have lost 32 pounds so far. I have a lot more to go though and it always helps to meet others in the same boat so I thought I would introduce myself.
Good luck to you!
