A year in to weight loss journey

It’s a year today since I started my weight loss journey ..
4 stone down and 21 Lbs still to go .
The struggle is still real , fitness and exercise is surprisingly easier for me to stick at then the healthy eating but determined to carry on and get to my goal.

    Looking amazing! Make a maintainance plan 😉

    The less you weight, the less you need to eat and the less you burn when exercising. It's however, much easier to keep active and to dress 😉💐👍

    That's awesome! Way to go. Did you only do Calorie counting or something more specific in your eating? I'm also ok with my workout, it is the eating that's bad. I'm trying to stay under 1200 cals but not doing a great job at it.
