I should be on 1250, but it's too many for me and I find it hard to find that many calories to eat every single day0

I weigh more than you do, by quite a bit, but I'm eating 1400 average (or rather, I eat between 1000-1400 net usually). Sometimes I'm still hungry, though, so I've been trying to figure out what makes me feel full (such as more protein in my diet) and trying to incorporate that so that I can go longer on less. I've found that fruits, and some veggies have helped, and snacky things hardly fill me up at all, and water seems to make me feel full some day and famished others, lol. The other thing I do, which helps, is trying to stay within servings, usually that keeps me within like...400 calories or so a meal? Sometimes a lot less, but it also lets me eat smaller meals and snacks BETWEEN meals, because I still have calories to eat...
Hope that helps...
EDIT: At 1400, I've honestly still been losing 1-2lbs a week, because I'm also burning a bunch with exercise, so just upping your intake may not necessarily make your weight loss decrease...0 -
About half of the time I can keep it under 1200. But on the weekends I have been eating between 1200-1600. I have stopped drinking all beverages with calories because it is more fulfilling for me to eat my calories than drink . Good luck to you!!!!0

Usually somewhere from 1000 to 1200, though sometimes as low as 800 or 900, and very occasionally as high as 1400 or 1500. I weigh 187 pounds.0

Do not keep it under 1200, that's way to low of calories and they are not being healthy so if you don't want to be healthy follow their lead
And they will gain their weight back and what happens when they when they hit a plateau? Are they going to lower it to 500 calories. How dumb0 -
For a little variety... I'm 6ft, 171 lbs, and male. I eat 2220/day (maintenance according to MFP) plus exercise cals... and still losing...0

Look, you do realize that if you have days where you're below your calorie goal and days where you're above it, it just about evens out, don't you? It isn't about your daily calories so much as your weekly calories. Your knee-jerk reaction to the phrase "below 1200" is completely uncalled for. And also, nobody on this site seems to lower their calories when they hit a plateau anyway.
And 1200 *isn't* too low for everyone. I'm 5'2, I eat that amount of calories and keep track of my vitamin intake, and I feel fine. I'd rather eat what fills me up naturally than pad my count with high calorie foods I don't want. I *am* being healthy. I pay close attention to what I eat and try to make sure I'm getting what I need.
You have to look at the big picture and stop freaking out anytime anybody has a low day.0
